In her daily role, Marina provides comprehensive management services including leasing, operations, construction, accounting, and tenant relations.

Marina is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a degree in Mass Communications and Advertising. She also holds a Florida real estate license, ensuring her expertise and compliance within the industry.
