Dayna Kreutzer, Vice President of Operations

Dayna Kreutzer serves as the Vice President of Operations for America’s Capital Partners, where she oversees property management and operations for the office portfolio. With over 28 years of experience managing class-A office properties, Dayna is a seasoned professional in the industry.

Prior to joining ACP, Dayna worked with SteelWave, Inc. (formerly Legacy Partners), Broe Real Estate Group and Insignia/ESG. During her tenure, Dayna was responsible for overseeing $4.5 million in property renovations and tenant improvements, and played a pivotal role in leasing over 125,000 rsf in new leases, renewals, and expansions in 2016.

Dayna is an active member of the Denver metro chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and has served on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and is a Past President (2022). She also holds a Colorado Real Estate License.
